A few good questions.

01Do I need to install a separate app?

No. Vequr opens as a Mini App inside Telegram and works in your browser. Start through the bot or open the web app.

02How do I set up my business?

After signing in to the Mini App, choose the business option. The step-by-step setup helps you create your business, add services and set your schedule.

03How do clients book with me?

Share your booking page. Clients select a service, professional and available time. The page also lets them switch to booking through the Telegram bot.

04How do reminders work?

Clients need to connect the Telegram bot. Once connected, they can receive appointment updates and reminders. Notification settings are available in the app.

05Does Vequr work for a small team?

Yes. Add professionals, their services and schedules. The owner can see the business’s appointments, while each professional works with their own schedule.

06Can I accept payments through Vequr?

Vequr currently offers manual payment records: mark visits as paid and track revenue. Card payments inside Vequr are not available yet.

07Which languages does the app support?

The app includes a language selector. The main experience is currently in Russian, and some Telegram bot messages remain in Russian. This website is available in English and Russian.
